Welcome to WorkForze! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WorkForze application and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
WorkForze is a platform for managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tracking project tasks, and conducting performance reviews. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all data, information, and content that you upload or input into the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Content and Data
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload to the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to project details, tasks, KPI data, and review information. By using the Service, you grant WorkForze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WorkForze, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
